Returns & Refunds

Eligibility Window: You have 30 days from the date you received your order to initiate a return.
Condition of Items: Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition you received them. Items that have been used, opened, or damaged will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at hi@gummynutritionlab.com. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. 

Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged product, we apologize for the inconvenience and will be happy to exchange it for the same item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to qualify for an exchange.

Warranties

Our products come with a 60-day warranty against manufacturer defects. If you encounter a defect within this period, please contact us with details of the product and the defect. After inspection, we will notify you of the warranty status and proceed with the appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
